What is Web Cache?
Web Cache stores recently viewed webpages so they don't need to be downloaded again. Web Cache speeds up your web browsing experience. However, Cache can take up space over time causing your browser to slow down. 

What is a temporary Internet File?
A Temporary internet file is a file located on your hard drive that  browsers use to store web sites data for every website you visit.

Is there a Difference between CPU Cache & Register ? 
Registers are special temporary storage locations within the CPU that quickly accept, store and transfer data and instructions that are used immediately.  
CPU Cache is also used by the CPU  to reduce the average time to access data from the main memory.
